Although adjustment 1 cent or 2 cents that's not a big deal. But "lama-lama jadi bukit". "Heart feel pain" seem like cut off my "meat" lolzzzzz....If my boss announce and send me a memo with details as" Our staff, Alice!!!promote as Senior XXXX and salary to be adjusted with effect from 01/10/2007".
