Izzit 'Rock Sugar'? Name as " peng tong " Not as sweet as regular granulated sugar, rock sugar comes in the form of amber-colored crystals. It's used to sweeten certain Chinese teas etc Chrysanthemum tea, dessert and meat glaze. My mom told me use Rock Suger instead of regular granulated sugar bcoz more healthy wor....wht do u think ?
